Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
Ketzal Silver provides you the option to pay either by DBS PayLah! or Cash on Delivery (COD) at the moment you get your product/s. You can also choose to pay online on our website via Paypal. This is how it works:
1. You place an order on the website and enter your details during checkout.
2. Cash on delivery and DBS PayLah! are available for any amount (including delivery charges, if applicable).
3. After you place an order, an automated SMS is sent to you to confirm your order. Please make sure you provide us with a valid telephone number so we can contact you to arrange the delivery. Alternatively, you can also confirm the order yourself by calling us at (65) 9624 5891.
4. Delivery is FREE on orders starting 70 SGD and above. A 10 SGD delivery fee will be charged automatically on the website if the total order is 69 SGD or less.
5. We will deliver your product/s once we had contacted you or you had contacted us, to agree on the details (day & time) for the delivery. If you decide to pay online through Paypal, we will deliver your product/s once we have confirmed the total of the order has been transferred to our bank account and we had agreed on the details for the delivery.
6. Alternatively you can choose to collect your product/s any day at any time from Tuesday to Friday between 9:00am and 5:00pm; Saturday and Sunday from 9:00am to 6:00pm at "PasarBella" (200 Turf Club Road), unit K70-B. We are located directly opposite of "Dutch Colony Coffee". You can pay cash; through DBS PayLah! or in advance on our website via Paypal, but we will not deliver any product/s if the money is not in our bank account during the moment you are collecting it/them. So it is advisable before collecting your product/s, to give us a call at (65) 9624 5891, to make sure the Paypal payment has been received.
7. In case we are delivering your order, at the time of the delivery you will have to hand over the cash to the delivery person first, only then you will be handed over the package. Paying via DBS PayLah!, the payment has to be done prior handing over your product/s. For online payments via Paypal, we will hand over the package only after verifying that the money has been transferred to our bank account, so please make sure that's the case before collecting your product/s.
Our policy lasts 2 days. If 2 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We will refuse to accept any item back if it is scratched or we notice it has been damaged.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Without exemption, we only replace items if they are defective or damaged. E-mail us at email@example.com and bring your item to "PasarBella" (200 Turf Club Road) unit #70K-B, from Tuesday to Friday between 9:00am and 5:00pm; Saturday and Sunday from 9:00am to 6:00pm.
